Basic information about data protection
Identification of the processing: Webinar: ” ICTUSnet: Final Event “.
Data controller: Agència de Qualitat i Avaluació Sanitàries de Catalunya (hereinafter, “AQuAS”), Roc Boronat Street, 81-95, 08005 Barcelona.
Purpose: manage your registration and participation in the webinar using the Zoom tool. However, the user knows and accepts that by pressing the register button the webinar will be recorded so that AQuAS can advertise the event by disseminating the images on its corporate social networks.
Legal basis: the legal basis of the processing is the consent of the data subject. The data will be kept until the revocation of the same and once revoked will be kept during the periods of retention and prescription of legally provided responsibilities.
Recipients: your data will not be shared with any third party without your express and explicit consent. However, AQuAS will be able to communicate its data to the following categories of data processors in order to responsibly manage your participation: providers of electronic communications and online office automation, hosting and SaaS services such as CRM/ERP. In this sense, AQuAS may transfer personal data to processors located in third countries and with which the standard data protection clauses adopted by the European Commission (Commission Decision (EU) 2010/87/EU) have been formalized.
Data subject’s Rights: You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, object, or data portability, as well as withdraw at any time the consent given without affecting the lawfulness of the prior processing to its withdrawal by contacting: comunicacio.aquas@gencat.cat.
